Q. Does the TV need to be ‘on’ when Wizo is recording?
A. The TV does not have to be on while Wizo is recording the program. That is the beauty of it. You      can record a program on TV at 2:00 AM when you are sleeping and when the TV is off.

Q. Do we need to keep Wizo ‘on’ all the time?
A. In order to take advantage of the features offered by Wizo, it needs to be on all the time.

Q. Can you watch a program on one channel and record another program on another channel at the     same time?
A. Yes you can.

Q. How much data storage does the basic version offer?
A. The basic version, called K-Series, offers 50 hours of storage. The premium version, called
     S-Series, offers 180 hours of storage.

Q. Can I delete a program when I want to?
A. Yes. The Watch Recordings option allows you to select and delete any recorded program.

Q. What happens if I run out of space and want to record a program?
A. Wizo will automatically erase the oldest programs and make space for new ones.
